Capacity Building with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Individuals, Families and Communities

Development of a discussion paper for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Services Working Group of the Community Services Ministers' Advisory Council. The discussion paper was developed to inform discussions at a national workshop in Alice Springs in November 2005. The paper was presented at this forum.
